INTRODUCTION
Our company Exim Trade Point S.L. as well as our website www.eutradepoint.com (hereafter, “Site”), are established and hosted in the European Union. As such we comply with the e-Commerce Directive 2000/31/EC that has created the basic legal framework for online services, including electronic commerce in the Internal Market.
GENERAL PROHIBITIONS
You should keep in mind that Exim Trade Point S.L. website www.eutradepoint.com serves as an international market place, hence the posting or selling of items can be prohibited on account of laws out of the jurisdiction in which you reside.
Please be aware that Exim Trade Point S.L. does not permit any trading items that are illegal, infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others, or may easily be used for illegal purposes.
As a member of the Site, you are responsible for ensuring that the trading items you have posted are legal or permissible. Thus, before posting any product, selling lead and/or buying lead, you need to make sure that your trading items are NOT against the 'Product Listing Policy'.
Exim Trade Point S.L. reserves the right to remove any trading items that violate the 'Product Posting Policy' without further notice. Exim Trade Point S.L. also reserves the right to disable the accounts of any members who continue to violate the 'Product Posting Policy' after having been warned.
The following is a list of products/product types that are prohibited on the Site:
1. Illegal drugs, Precursors and drug paraphernalia
1.1 Any and all listing or sale of narcotics, tranquilizers, psychotropic drugs, natural drugs, synthetic drugs, steroids and other controlled substances
1.2 The listing or sale of all drug precursor chemicals
2. Medical Drugs and Devices
2.1 The posting of prescription drugs, psychotropic drugs and narcotics is strictly prohibited.
2.2 The listing or sale of orally administered or ingested sexual enhancement foods and supplements is prohibited.
2.3 Prescription drugs or devices, controlled substances, unapproved drugs, unapproved medical devices.
3. Dangerous chemicals
Some dangerous chemicals are also strictly prohibited or restricted.
Some related practical examples are: mercury thermometers, pesticide DDT, pre-charged air conditioners containing HCFCs.
These restrictions are put in place by the following pieces of legislation known as Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH), Prior Informed Consent Regulation (PIC), Ozone Depleting Substances (ODS), Biocidal Products Regulation (BPR), Fluorinated Greenhouse Gases (FGG) (the last one currently under revision to include additional prohibitions), among others.

4. Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) Infringing Products.
4.1 Replica and Counterfeit Items
4.2 Unauthorized Copies of Intellectual Property
If customs officers suspect that goods bought on Internet and imported from third countries infringe an intellectual property right, they may detain the goods and inform the declarant or holder of the goods as well as the holder of an intellectual property right. The latter may decide to bring the case to the court.
Some European Union Member States have implemented procedures providing for the simplified destruction of goods considered to be infringing intellectual property rights under certain conditions, without the need to formally establish an infringement in court.

5. Gold dust, gold bullion and other precious metals (not including jewelry)
5.1 Listings that offer the sale or buying of gold, silver and other precious metals (not including jewelry) are prohibited.
5.2 Rough diamonds and “conflict minerals” originating from non-compliant countries may not be listed.
6. Counterfeit currency and stamps
7. Tobacco Products
7.1 The posting of tobacco products, including but not limited to cigars, cigarettes, cigarette tobacco, pipe tobacco, hookah tobacco, chewing tobacco and tobacco leaf is prohibited.
7.2 The posting of electronic cigarettes and accessories is permitted, however nicotine and other liquids (e-liquids) for use in electronic cigarettes is forbidden
8. Fake documents
(e.g. Degrees or Diplomas, Government and transit documents, Government IDs and licenses)
9. Wildlife and related animal products
(e.g. pelts, skins, internal organs, teeth, claws, shells, bones, tusks, ivory and other parts)
10. Endangered species
Some live animals and plants, as well as derived products may belong to endangered species. Those are protected by the CITES convention and subsequent European legislation (e.g. a parrot, or a wooden figure made out of Dalbergia nigra).
Other national regulations protecting the local environment against invasive species may also be in place.
The importer, when ordering online sensitive products should first be aware of these restrictions, so that required permits and/or notifications are issued before the product arrives.

11. Financial services, including money transfers, issuing bank guarantees and letters of credit, loans, fundraising and funding for personal investment purposes, etc.

○ Credit card, credit repair Services, applications for financial services or loans, collection services
○ Firearms, ammunition, high capacity magazines, stun guns, air guns, military weapons
○ Human body parts, fluids and remains
○ Job postings
○ Lottery, raffle, contests related
○ Mailing lists and personal information
○ Pornographic, erotic & adult contents including but not limited to: pictures, videos, DVDs, magazines, toys, etc.
○ Posts promoting hatred, racism or religious persecution products or images showcasing nudity.
○ Requests for donations
○ Sanctioned and prohibited items
○ Software - Unauthorized, OEM or bundled copies of software
○ Spyware, Spamware, e-mail advertising, opt-in or any commercial messaging services
However, this listing is not complete; you, as being the seller, are solely responsible for ensuring that you are probably not posting a product that may be prohibited by law in almost any jurisdiction.
Exim Trade Point S.L. has preferred to additionally restrict the posting of further types of items that may not be prohibited or restricted by law yet are still marked by controversy including:
(a) Items that encourage illegal activities;
(b) Items that are racially, religiously or ethnically derogatory, or that promote hatred, violence, racial or religious intolerance;
(c) Giveaways, lotteries, raffles, or contests;
(d) Stocks, bonds, investment interests, and other securities;
(e) Pornographic materials or items that are sexual in nature;
(f) Items that do not offer a product or service for sale, such as advertisements solely for the purpose of collecting user information.
Exim Trade Point S.L., in its sole and exclusive discretion, reserves the right to impose additional restrictions and prohibitions.
